Het eerste berichtje van 2011,....Voor het naaien van het boekblok is hier de "Franse langsteek" gebruikt. De constructie van het boekblok voorziet de mogelijkheid van een tweede naaisel. Dit tweede naaisel zorgt voor de aanhechting van het boekblok aan de soepele lederen omslag. Hierdoor wordt het boek een uitermate flexibel geheel.
The French longstich is used for sewing the book. The construction of the book made possible a secundary sewing. This secundary sewing is used for the attachment of the book on the leather. In this way the book is extremly flexibel.
